At ZIGChain, we are building the foundational infrastructure for the future of decentralized finance. We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused marketing leader to join our team and drive the adoption of our L1 blockchain. Acting as the Chief Growth Officer’s right hand, you’ll lead go-to-market efforts and marketing initiatives to accelerate traction across users, developers, and partners.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Chief Growth Officer’s strategic partner and operational lead across all growth and marketing initiatives.

  • Own and execute ZIGChain’s go-to-market strategy across user acquisition, protocol awareness, and brand positioning.

  • Design and run integrated campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement and traction.

  • Partner closely with the Strategy and Content/Community teams to ensure alignment across narrative, campaigns, and execution.

  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of growth programs, optimizing based on performance.

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities across partnerships, events, and Web3-native distribution channels.

  • Manage marketing operations, tooling, and budget to ensure scalable and measurable execution.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles, with at least 2+ years in Web3.

  • Hands-on experience scaling a blockchain, protocol, or decentralized platform, from ideation through execution.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, user behavior, and go-to-market strategies in the space.

  • Ability to design and execute data-driven growth campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional execution.

  • Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a focus on experimentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics platforms 

  • Experience in growing and engaging Web3 communities, including Discord, Telegram, and other native channels.

  • Familiarity with marketing and growth tools (CRM, automation, attribution, etc.).

  • Experience working closely with product teams on launch and adoption planning.

  • Background in startup environments with lean, execution-heavy teams.

  5. Case Study / Strategic Growth Task - A take-home assignment focused on designing a go-to-market or growth campaign for a Web3 protocol. This helps us evaluate your strategic thinking, creativity, and execution mindset. Estimated time: 2–3 hours.

  6. Case Study Review – A collaborative session with a senior leader where you’ll present your case study, walk through your thought process, and discuss trade-offs, assumptions, and execution plans.

  7. Feedback & Offer - A closing conversation to address any remaining questions, confirm mutual expectations, and—if we’re aligned—extend a formal offer to join ZIGChain.
