Job description

Zignaly started more than five years ago as a Crypto Trading platform. During this time, we have become a complete ecosystem, with our own Token, a Marketplace for investment opportunities CeFi and soon also in DeFi, a B2B product with a white label of our technology for Hedge Funds to optimize the management of third-party capital, and much more on the way.

We want to empower the masses for financial freedom by connecting users to expert money managers to offer everyone a reliable source of passive income.

Our growth in the last few years has led us to be a team of more than 30 people working remotely all over the world, growing our ecosystem and the community around it in both B2C and B2B.


Job requirements

The Success Traders team is one of the key points of our ecosystem, in charge of facilitating the onboarding of new Fund Managers, in the B2B section with our Whitelabels, as well as in our B2C, focused on recruiting and providing support to the new Fund Managers within the platform and ensuring the quality of the overall Marketplace. The team currently has 3 members and we are looking to expand it with 2 more agents, so if you join us you will have colleagues who will help and guide you during your first steps in our ecosystem.


Requirements

  • Knowledge of Crypto, both CeFi and DeFi
  • Fluent English level
  • Commercial skills
  • Living in a Time Zone from UTC -4 to UTC 0


Desirable

  • Trading knowledge
  • Experience using Zignaly
  • Experience in Account Manager roles
  • Multiple languages are a plus


Responsibilities

  • Daily support to traders on the platform
  • Individual follow-up of the platform's traders
  • Scouting and Recruiting new traders for the platform
  • Ensuring the quality of Marketplace's services
  • Feedback generation
  • Help testing new features of the platform
  • Compliance with the company's internal processes
  • Other tasks derived from the above
